    The authors used PCR analysis with the mouse T31 radiation hybrid DNA panels from the Jackson Laboratory to localize the mouse endobrevin gene. The mouse endobrevin gene is linked to the Cd8b locus with a LOD score of 6.7 and is located on mouse Chromosome 6 at proximal - D6Mit162 - 97 cR - Cd8b - 52 cR - Vamp8 - 77 cR - D6Mit188 - distal.
