    Sequence analysis of Fast2 clones indicated to authors that the 3' UTR of Fast2 is 99% identical to the antisense strand of the 3' UTR of Kifc2, previously mapped to mouse Chromosome 15. This implies that Fast2 also maps to mouse Chromosome 15 and is transcribed in the opposite direction of Kifc2.
