    Murine embryonic stem cells with targeted mutations in the mouse Myc locus were used as donors to construct monochromosomal hybrids that contained mouse Chromosome 15 as the only mouse chromosome. Various mouse Chromosome 15 microsatellite markers, including D15Mit230 and D15Mit194, were used along with FISH to verify the mouse chromosome complement.
