Notes
  • Experiment
The authors have isolated a P1 clone containing the entire Prtn3 gene. Using Southern huybridization and PCR analysis, they confirmed the presence of the F430011M15Rik gene in the same clone. The two genes were juxtaposed within ~ 3kb of each other. The F430011M15Rik genehad previously been localized to mouse Chromosome 10. The authors assume that the Prtn3 gene is also located on mouse Chromosome 10. Ela2 was used to represent F430011M15Rik.
