  The following order of loci was determined on mouse Chromosome 12 by haplotype analysis of the JAX BSB [(C57BL/6J x M. spretus)F1 x C57BL/6J] backcross panel: D12Hun8 - D12Hun9 - D12Hun10 - D12Hun11 - D12Hun12 - D12Mit5 - D12Hun13 - D12Hun18 - D12Hun19 -D12Bir13. D12Hun8 was withdrawn based on information from the JAX backcross panel. They report that susequent analysis of typing for D12Hun8 make its identity and assignment on proximal mouse Chromosome 12 questionable and the authors have not retyped this marker.
