  • Experiment
    The authors mapped (by Simple Sequence Length Polymorphisms) Clock to a location within the KitW-19H deletion on mouse Chromosome 5. Analysis of progeny from a C3HeB/FeJ-W19H x CAST/Ei intercross indicated the loss of D5Mit307 (proximal to Clock), and D5Mit11 and D5Mit306 (distal to Clock).
