  • Experiment
The following loci were ordered by PAC vector analysis within the distal end of an approximate 850kb YAC 166B3 derived from mouse Chromosome 10: D10Jhu8 - D10Mit174 - Hrmt1l1 - S100b - D10Jhu11e - D10Jhu7. In the proximal end of YAC 166B3 the following loci were ordered by fragmentation analysis: D10Jhu9 - Ddt - D10Mit158 - Mif - Mmp11. The distance between S100b and Mmp11 was estimated as 380kb, between Mmp11 and Mif as 40kb and between Mif and Ddt as 70kb.
