    Overlapping BAC clones were used to provide the following physical order of loci on mouse Chromosome 19: D19Mit14 - D19Mit96 - D19Mit111. The maximum distance between D19Mit14 and D19Mit96 is approximately 226kb. D19Mit14 - D19Mit96 flank an inversion associated with the Tmc1dn mutation whhich was confirmed by FISH experiments using BAC clones 183G22, 124J3, 222B7 and 222M20.
