    Authors analyzed 26 BXD (C57BL/6J x DBA/2J) recombinant inbred strains to localize quantitative trait loci associated with circadian period of locomotor activity. One QTL marker was correlated with D5Ncvs52 on mouse Chromosome 5 (Cplaq5). A second QTL marker was correlated with Pmv12 (Cplaq6).
