    In a genome wide scan a quantitative trait locus (QTL), Rapop4, controlling radiation induced thymocyte apoptosis in (C57BL/6J x C3Hf/Kam)F2 mice was associated with loci on mouse Chromosome 11. A maximum LRS (likelihood ratio statistic) of 19.9 was calculated to show a significant association of Rapop4 with D11Mit35.
