Notes
  • Experiment
The Mvb1 locus was mapped in F2 or equivalent mice from the [(C57BL/6J x C3H/FeJ)-vb/+ x CAST/Ei]F1 intercross. Mice scored as having either the most mild or the most severe tremors were genotyped for a preliminaryy set of 102 SSLP markers. Refined mapping indicated a peak LOD score of 5.79 with marker D19Mit42 on mouse Chromosome 19.
