Tcte2 Northern analysis clone 9e
D17Leh9 reported elsewhere
Notes
  • Experiment
A microclone containing marker D17Leh9 from the Hst1 region of mouse Chromosome 17 was used to isolate cosmid clone 9e. Cosmid clone 9e was used in expression analysis to detect transcripts in RNA from adult mouse testes. The gene detected in mouse testes is identified as Tcte2 and maps with D17Leh9 within the Hst1 region of mouse Chromosome 17.
