Notes
  • Reference
The sg mutation is associated with the Rora locus in MGD.
  • Experiment
The authors localized the staggerer mutation at Rora on mouse Chromosome 9 to a 0.25 cM region between D9Mit260 and D9Mit304. The orientation of Rora was dtermined to be centromere - 5' Rora 3' - telomere by exon trapping and Southern hybridization methods involving overlapping clone.
