GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Idd17 resistance/susceptibility
Notes
  • Experiment
Idd17 was identified as a locus required to produce the full Idd10 effect. It was localized to mouse Chromosome 3, between the D3Mit22 and D3Mit213 markers by analysis of NOD.B6 Idd10R1 and NOD.B6 Idd10R2 congenic strains. Refinement of that mapping in the author's NOD.B6 Idd17R1 and NOD.B6 D3Mit94 coongenic strains placed the locus in the 1.1 cM region between D3Mit26 and D3Mit40.
