Caption Progressive Purkinje neuron loss in the Trpc3Mwk/Trpc3+ cerebellum. Calbindin stained parasagittal sections from 6-month-old (A), 9-month-old (B), 12-month-old Trpc3Mwk/Trpc3+ (C), and wild-type (WT) mice (D). Coronal sections of 6-month old Trpc3Mwk/Trpc3+ (E) and WT (F) mice show pronounced loss of Purkinje cells in the lateral cerebellar hemispheres of mutant mice.
