Caption Otcspf/Y males and Otcspf/Otcspf females (shown) are detectable at 5 to 7 days of age by their small size, absence or relative paucity of fur, and wrinkled skin. They are extremely variable in appearance thereafter, some being almost fully furred and of normal size, and some remaining dwarfed and hairless for several weeks after weaning.
