The premiR-33 sequence was replaced with a neomycin resistance cassette (pgk-gb2-Neo) flanked by loxP sites. The neomycin resistance cassette was removed in the mouse germ line by breeding heterozygous mice with Ayu-1 Cre mice, which express Cre recombinase in multiple tissues, including the germ line. | ||||
