| Caption | Generation of the CcnkGt(Q016B07)Wrst allele. (A) Schematic representation of wild-type (WT) and trapped (TR) (CycK.Beta-geo) alleles. Wild-type and trapped loci contain one to 11 and one to four exons, respectively. The integration of the gene trap vector into intron 1 of Ccnk resulted in the inactivation of the Ccnk gene. The insertion also led to an in-frame fusion of Ccnk with the Beta-geo (encoding Beta-galactosidase and neomycin phosphotransferase) reporter gene.
