Caption Generation of the Dock1tm2.1Jfco allele. (A) Partial representation of the DOCK1 locus, structure of the targeting vector, organization of the rearranged DOCK1 targeted locus and rearranged flox allele (flx) after FLP treatment which generates the Dock1tm2.1Jfco allele. A conditional knock-out allele (ko) can be generated after Cre treatment. The probes used for Southern blot and the expected size of the SpeI fragments are indicated. Locations of PCR primers used for genotyping are also indicated.
