(G-H) HA (Casz1) is expressed in SGNs and VGNs (arrows in G and H). (I) Casz1 protein exhibits punctate pattern in neurons (arrow in H) as well as HCs (arrow in I). (K-O) Arrows in (K): homogeneous expression of HA (Casz1) in both SGNs and VGNs at P3; arrow in inset of (K): one HA(Casz1)+/Map2+ SGN. As in SGNs at P10 (L-L) and P21 (N-N), HA (Casz1) expression is maintained in VGNs (but in a heterogenous manner) at P10 (M-M) and adult ages (O-O).
