Caption | (a-l) Ventral view of the right cerebellum. Solid curves are the boundaries of the paraflocculus and flocculus. Single asterisks and dotted lines are areas of sparse distribution of mildly positive Purkinje cells. Numerals (1-5) are particular positive compartments. Filled arrowheads are the most lateral point of the parafloccular positive compartment. Open arrowheads indicate the disruption between positive compartments in the paraflocculus (1) and copula pyramidis (2). Orange circles and squares are the positive parts in the lateral nucleus and posterior interposed nucleus, respectively, visible because of partial transparency of the brain. Scale bars = 500 microns. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
