B: Immunofluorescent staining of wild type (+/+) and Paraxis-deficient (-/-) E9.5 embryos. Optical images were cut sagittally through the dorsal epithelium of somites and were oriented with anterior to the left and dorsal at the top. Image magnification is 400x.
