Spinal cord sections from FoxN4^-iCrexRosa26^stopYFP E13.5 (A-C), E15.5 (D-F), E17.5 (G-I), P4 (J-L), and P25 (M-O) mice were immunostained. Insets include higher magnification images of the dotted areas in the respective images and arrows indicate cells from the FoxN4 lineage which also co-express Pax6.
