Exercise-induced myofiber degeneration in Capn3^tm1.1Hiso/Capn3^tm1.1Hiso (p94KI) mice. Damaged myofibers in the gastrocnemius muscles from wild-type (WT), exercised wild-type (WT-ex), Capn3^tm1.1Hiso/Capn3^tm1.1Hiso (p94KI) and exercised Capn3^tm1.1Hiso/Capn3^tm1.1Hiso (p94KI-ex) mice were detected by an anti-laminin alpha2 Ab (C-F) and Evans blue dye (EBD) autofluorescence (G-J).
