(G and H) Immunohistochemical analysis of lymph nodes (G) and Peyer's patches (H) stained for LYVE-1 (brown) and CD3 (blue) or B220 (blue). LYVE-1+ sinuses in lymphatic mutant lymph nodescontained almost no lymphocytes and appeared collapsed (G). Mutant animals also showed a defciency of lymphocytes in intestinal lymphatic sinuses adjacent to and likely draining from Peyer's patches (H).
