(J) Representative H&E-stained tissue sections from skin, skeletal muscle, and ovary and kidney of WT and mutant mice. Homozygous mutants show growth retardation, epidermal hyperkeratosis, thin skeletal muscle bundles, vacuolated renal tubular cells, and absence of ovarian corpora lutea.
