H&E-stained sections of lung, kidney, liver, and spleen from moribund mice after 4.5 Gy gamma-irradiation showed different degrees of lymphocyte infiltration. Wild-type (WT) mice suffered with high-grade lymphoma while age-matched Cops6^{Gt(RRI087)Byg}/Cops6⁺ littermates showed atypical lymphoid proliferation.
