Adherence of leukocytes is decreased in the Ninj1^tm1Gto/Ninj1^tm1Gto (KO) mice with endotoxin-induced uveitis (EIU). A, EIU in wild-type (WT) (n = 7) and mutant mice (n = 7). Mice were intraperitoneally injected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at 9 mg/kg per mouse for 24 hours, and the adherent leukocytes on the vessel wall of the retina were labeled with rhodamine-concanavalin (Con). A, representative images of adherent leukocytes (yellow arrowheads) are shown. Scale bar: 50 um. B, the number of adherent cells per retina was counted. **, p < 0.01.
