F, Histological images of the testes of wild-type (Rev7^+/+) and Mad2l2^tm1Ymu/Mad2l2^tm1Ymu (Rev7^-/-) mice. Testis sections prepared from wild-type and mutant mice at P14 and P56 were stained with H&E. The seminiferous tubules of the testes are entirely atrophic at P14 and P56. Scale bars, 200 um. G, Immunohistochemical analysis of testis sections from wild-type and mutant mice. Immunohistochemical staining with the anti-PLZF antibody for spermatogonia and the anti-GATA-4 antibody for Sertoli cells are indicated. No PLZF-positive spermatogonia are identified in the seminiferous tubules. Scale bars, 100 um.
