(B-D) Video surveillance and middle ear morphology in Myo7a^ewaso/Myo7a^ewaso (Myo7a^I487N/I487N) and Myo7a^dmbo2/Myo7a^dmbo2 (Myo7a^F947I/F947I) mice. Observations highlighted an increased number of turns in Myo7a^ewaso/Myo7a^ewaso mice (C), when compared to wild-type (Myo7a+/+) (B). No such behavior was seen in Myo7a^dmbo2/Myo7a^dmbo2 mutants (D).
