(I) Histopathological and IHC studies of the high-grade lymphomas spontaneously developed in Tg(Ly6e-MALT1)#Isg/0 (Sca1-MALT1) mice showed that the neoplastic cells expressed CD20 and Foxp1, in the absence of CD10, Gcet1, Mum1 and Bcl6 expression. As such, according to the algorithm by Choi et al. for human diffuse large-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs), these mouse lymphomas were classified as human-like activated B-cell diffuse large-cell lymphoma (ABC-DLBCLs). Appropriate positive tissue controls were used to ascertain Bcl6, Mum1/Irf4, CD10 adn Gcet1 expression.
