Tb.) in homozygous mutant mice compared to wild-type and heterozygous mutant animals. (G) Quantification of mineral apposition rate (MAR) via analysis of calcein double labeling. The MAR was significantly higher in homozygous mutant mice compared to both wild-type and heterozygous mutant animals, and MAR was significantly higher in heterozygous mice compared to wild-type animals. *, p<.05; **, p<.01.
