(B) Sections of wounded skin of Tg(KRT5-cre)1Xya/0 Ppm1a^tm1Xya/Ppm1a^tm1Xya (K5-Cre;Ppm1a^fl/fl) and control (K5-Cre;Ppm1a^fl/+) mice were immunostained with K14 antibody (brown) at days 3, 5, and 7 after injury. Arrows indicated the leading edges of wounded epidermis.
