Calb1 in ureteric tip, terminal branch point of ureteric tree and cortical and medullary collecting ducts; Wnt4_Calb1_EK1_IHC260906.jpg - Metanephroi. Anti-Calb1 antibody visualised with DAB in orange and Wnt4 RNA visualised with BMpurple in blue; Wnt4_Calb1_EK2_IHC260906.jpg - Nephrogenic zone & cortex. Note that Calb1 protein is absent from the connecting tubule of the ureteric tip on right. Wnt4 RNA signal in early nephrons; Wnt4_Calb1_EK3_IHC260906.jpg - Proximal ureter & nephrogenic zone. Note Calb1 protein in ureteric tip but not connecting tubule. Wnt4 RNA signal in renal vesicle; Wnt4_Calb1_EK4_IHC260906.jpg - Medulla and pelvis. Calb1 protein in medullary collecting ducts.
