GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - Very strong expression in the nephric duct and the presumptive ureteric bud. Strong expression in the metanephric mesenchyme and appears to be stronger than the background ubiquitous expression seen in the remainder of the embryo. Strong expression also in the mesonephros but not as strong as the metanephric mesenchyme. Also, strong expression in the hindlimb bud; image2.jpeg - Strong, specific expression in the nephric duct, and in the presumptive ureteric bud. Expression also in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme, at a lower level than that of the nephric duct, but above background staining.
