There is strong expression along the dorsal edge of the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme and the mesonephros; image2.jpeg - 10x The caudal end of the embryo is on the right. Strong expression along the dorsal edge of the Aorta-gonad-mesonephros region of the intermediate mesoderm.
