GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - The hindlimb bud is visible. The caudal end of the embryo is on the right. There is some non-specific staining over the embryo, but the staining in the intermediate mesoderm appears to be specific. There is strong expression along the dorsal edge of the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme and medium expression in the mesonephros, presumptive gonad and presumptive metanephric mesenchyme; image2.jpeg - The nephric duct (middle left) and ureteric bud (middle) show slightly elevated expression above background and therefore may have weak expression. There is medium-strong expression in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme, located directly dorsal to the ureteric bud.
