GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - The caudal end of the embryo is on the right. The proximal hindlimb bud is just visible at the bottom, middle. The nephric duct and ureteric bud (middle) are visible and show no specific expression above background. There is specific expression, above background in the metanephric mesenchyme dorsal to the bud and continues in the mesonephros (the caudal end of which is visible); image2.jpeg - The caudal end of the embryo is on the right, the hindlimb bud is visible. There is specific expression above background along the intermediate mesoderm in the region of the hindlimb bud. Expression seems to be restricted from the rostral mesonephros though.
