GUDMAP provided the following information: 2837_151209_21_1.jpg - Urogenital tract - Global view from the ventral side. Bladder is annotated in this submission. UGT includes gonad/mesonephros, metanephroi, bladder and genital tubercle. Signal detected in the large arteries either side of the primitive bladder may be due to trapping. Female reproductive system organs are annotated in a separate submission; 2837_151209_21_2.jpg - Primitive Bladder - no expression seen in the primitive bladder; 2837_151209_21_4.jpg - Genital tubercle - ventral view - expression in proximal urethral epithelium. Weak expression in mesenchyme underneath the surface epithelium of the distal and proximal GT; 2837_151209_21_5.jpg - Genital tubercle - lateral view after bisection down the midline shows expression in mesenchyme underneath the surface epithelium and in the urethral epithelium.
