GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - X10 (Caudal end of embryo is on Left) Weak-medium specific expression in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme located dorsal to the presumptive ureteric bud at the caudal end of the nephric duct. There may be some weak expression in the dorsal region of the intermediate mesoderm which may include some of the mesonephros; image2.jpeg - X50 The caudal end of the embryo is on the Right. The nephric duct (middle left) and ureteric bud (middle) are visible but show no expression. The presumptive metanephric mesenchyme shows some weak-medium expression.
