GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - 50x High magnification shows nephric duct (bottom, left) terminating in the ureteric bud (middle). Neither of these structures show expression. There is some medium expression in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme dorsal to the ureteric bud; image2.jpeg - 10x Entire embryonic sample. Medium expression in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme (dorsal and caudal to hindlimb bud). Some weak expression in the AGM of the Intermediate Mesoderm including the mesonephros, but is not specific to this structure and is no greater than the background expression.
