GUDMAP provided the following information: image1.jpeg - Medium-level and specific expression is seen in the intermediate mesoderm in the AGM (aorta-gonad-mesonephros) region in the mesonephros and may also be expressed in the presumptive metanephric mesenchyme. There is strong expression in the nephric duct.; image2.jpeg - Expression is seen in the AGM and the nephric duct but the presumptive ureteric bud (the outline of which can be seen on the right of the picture) appears to be negative. The metanephric mesenchyme located directly dorsal to the ureteric bud appears to be partially negative, but some of the metanephric mesenchyme appears to express, especially the region located rostrally and next to the mesonephric mesenchyme.
