Image
Caption A prominent change in Atp2c1tm1Ges/Atp2c1tm1Ges (-/-) cells was the accumulation of lipid droplets, which were large enough to be counted by light microscopy in 2-um sections. Shown is an electron micrograph of a thin section showing multiple large lipid droplets (L) in the cytoplasm of a cell from a mutant embryo.
