The brain on the left is from a 5 month old female Kcna1^mceph/Kcna1^mceph mouse and has a fresh weight of 0.571g. It is considerably larger than the brain on the right (fresh weight of 0.337g) from an age matched littermate control. The brain size difference is particularly evident in the cerebrum.
