A & B: Wide-field pictures of the brains of Nfia^tm1Rmg/Nfia^tm1Rmg and wild type littermates with region surrounding the corpus callosum boxed. C & D: Expansion of A and B showing the corpus callosum in the wild type mouse ( labeled cc in D) and the absence of the corpus callosum in the homozygous mutant mouse. Serial sections throughout this region showed a complete absence of callosal development in the homozygous mutant mouse. Scalebar B &D: 2mm and 1mm repsectively.
