Arrows indicate Pitx2c in the left branchial arch mesoderm near the junction of the aortic sac with the branchial arch artery (F), the dorsal branchial arch mesoderm near the forming branchial arch arteries, ventral expression (H, I), in dorsal mesocardium (J, K, L) and in right ventricular and interventricular myocardium (M).
