DA, ductus arteriosus; oft, outflow tract; nt, neural tube. Small arrows in G point to the ventral horns. Arrows in C and D point to the intestines. Arrows in E and F point to the lungs. I and J are double label in situs with Sema3c in red and PlexinA2 in purple. Aortic arch mesenchyme (white arrow, I), outflow tract (boxed region, I). Black arrow in I points to the myocardial wall of the outflow tract. J is a higher magnification of the boxed outflow tract in I.
