E) Arrows point to the fused digits 2 and 3. Arrowheads in G point to the expression of Lmx1b in the ventral mesenchyme of anterior digits. which corelates with ectopic Wnt-10b expression in the epithelium of these digits (closed arrowheads in H). Arrows in J and L point to the footpads. For dorsal views anterior is up, for ventral views posterior is up.
