G and H are double label RNA in situ hybridizations of Mfng (blue) and Jag1 (red in G) and Dll1 (red in H). Arrowheads indicate domains of Jag1 expression. The plane of section is shown in the drawing in G. Sections are separated by 48 microns. I shows a transverse section at the level indicated in the diagram.
