Results
Specimen 8B: embryonic day 12.5 (more )
Note: Frontal bone level
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS20: early migrating mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted 8B , 8C Expression was detected in the meningeal layer of early migrating mesenchyme (EMM). Table 1 ++ meningeal and (-) outer EMM.
TS20: supraorbital mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted 8D , 8B Expression was detected in the meningeal layer of supraorbital mesenchyme (SOM), and in parts of the dermal SOM. Table 1 ++ meningeal, (-) chodrogenic, (-) osteogenic, + dermal SOM.
TS20: corpus striatum Present Regionally restricted 8B Expression was detected in the striatum of the basal ganglia at this stage.

Specimen S12A: embryonic day 12.5 (more )
Note: Parietal bone level
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS20: early migrating mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted S12A , S12B Expression was detected in the meningeal layer of early migrating mesenchyme (EMM). Table 1 ++ meningeal and (-) outer EMM.
TS20: supraorbital mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted S12A , S12C Expression was detected in the meningeal layer of supraorbital mesenchyme (SOM), and in parts of the dermal SOM. Table 1 ++ meningeal, (-) chodrogenic, (-) osteogenic, + dermal SOM.
